The Portland, OR Chapter of the Weston A. Price Foundation is an informal group of people who appreciate nourishing foods based on the teachings of Dr. Weston A. Price and Sally Fallon’s cookbook Nourishing Traditions. The Weston A. Price Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to restoring nutrient-dense foods to the human diet through education, research and activism. Specific goals include establishment of universal access to clean, certified raw milk and a ban on the use of soy formula for infants.
